History . . . Morro Bay Realty first opened its doors for business in the 1950s under the ownership of Vern Crass. Louise Tucker bought Morro Bay Realty in January of 1980. Morro Bay Realty joined the Prudential team in August of 1989 and was purchased from Louise Tucker by Richard and Shirley Fisher in July of 1996.
Del Mar Realty owned by Chuck and Barbara Murdy became part of Prudential Morro Bay Realty in February of 1997 bringing with them a long established property management company and a corner location in the heart of the motel and restaurant district, just a short distance to Morro Bay's famous Embarcadero on the Bay.
The Fishers have brought with them their expertise in real estate sales, construction, and development, as well as extensive computer knowledge. The Fishers believe in being on the cutting edge of technology.

About Me . . . Raised in Morro Bay since 1965, when my family moved here from southern California, I graduated from Morro Bay High School and attended Cuesta College. Working for my families businesses since 1985, in both construction and real estate, I have managed the accounting department for Western Heritage Enterprises the parent corporation for Morro Bay Realty and Western Heritage Realty along with R.L. Fisher's Construction Company, Inc.
During the late 1990s, I relocated to the Fresno area where I worked for a large property management firm as Manager for their accounting department. With this experience and further education in the accounting area, I returned in 2002, to the Central Coast to continue working with my family businesses as the Accounting Manager in Real Estate, Property Management and Construction.
I earned my California Real Estate License and joined the team of Realtors at Morro Bay Realty and Western Heritage Realty. This makes me the 'Fourth' member of my family to be in the Real Estate Business. With several years of working as Property Manager for our rental office I am now branching upwards into the sales end of Real Estate.
